� What AT&T and Verizon's new E-911 claims downplay - or don't say

I don't understand what he is so up in arms about. It sounds to me like ATT and Verizon are implementing what the FCC Voip 911 order requires. They are providing callback and location information to the correct PSAP using the existing 911 infrastructure with location information entered by the subscriber. They are also disclosing the limitations/differences between their VoIP 911 service and traditional, i.e if you are nomadic you must update you address.
